Log files of the web server
The server on which our site is located automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits to us. This data contains e.g. B. the browser type and version, operated operating system, referrer URL (the previously attended page), IP address of the requesting computer, access date and watch time of the server request and the file request from the client (file name and URL).
This data is only used in exceptional cases for troubleshooting by the administrators and cannot be assigned to certain people. This data is not merged with other data sources. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. These log files are saved for 14 days and then automatically deleted.
Other registration forms
On this homepage you will find regular registration forms for e.g. for alliance meetings but also for other organizational, planning or skill shape meetings. Depending on the concern, you will be asked about this forms information about yourself and especially your participation (overnight stays, allergies, etc.) to facilitate planning. Your data specified will only be saved on our server or passed on to the end users (the organizers of the respective meeting). After the registration phase is complete, we delete the data promptly from our server. Backups are also not made of this data.
If your real name does not appear in connection with the registration or at the respective event, then of course you can always register with an alias and a corresponding email address.
