Repression exists on many levels: from the pressure that may be exerted on you by relatives to police and legal measures against you. Regardless of the action, it makes sense to familiarise yourself with possible repression, be it state or civil, and to know the legal situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand repression as a means of political pressure that we must oppose together.Repression is not always predictable and depends on the tactics and strategies of the repressive authorities. However, it remains clear that repression aims to isolate and intimidate. That is why it is important for us to emphasise this:

During the campaign days there is a Investigation Committee (EA)<\/strong>. You can call here at any time if you or others are having stress with the police or other authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether it's a dangerous location, special checkpoints, or weapon-free zones, in these areas the police reserve the right to check people without concrete suspicion, record their personal details, and search them. Legally, there is little that can be done about this. Nevertheless, it makes sense to object to every measure and insist that this is recorded. The legality of the measure can also be reviewed in court afterwards. If you are checked on your way to the camp, please contact the EA \u2192 0049 (0)30 340 603 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are several special inspection locations in Bremen. You can find their exact locations here: https:\/\/www.polizei.bremen.de\/service\/besondere-kontrollorte-60366<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neither special checkpoints, nor expulsion orders, nor bans on certain areas may be used to prevent access to gatherings such as the Camp for Agricultural Change in Bremen, demonstrations, or vigils. Do not let yourselves be intimidated or deterred from exercising your fundamental right to freedom of assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Places such as so-called \u201cspecial control locations\u201d with restricted fundamental rights are used in many cities to get rid of undesirable people without causing too much of a stir. If there are such places in your city, at the train station from which you started your journey to the camp, organize yourselves and support those whose lives and health are endangered by racist and classist police actions.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n
