Disrupt is not just an association, but also an idea, a label. You can also take action in this sense and do not need the agreement of the association.<\/strong> The diversity of means used by disruption groups and all those who utilise this idea should complement each other. Whenever social change has been fought for, such as women's suffrage, the abolition of slavery, the 40-hour week, the coal phase-out or queer self-determination, this has been achieved with a mixture of demonstrations, petitions, symbolic and militant actions, mutual aid, strikes, boycotts and many other means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Actions do not have to be agreed with the association, have not been agreed so far and should not be communicated in advance to protect everyone. No one is responsible for the actions of others. If you organise an action in the spirit of the idea of Disrupt<\/a> take the responsibility that comes with it seriously. Be open to feedback and, if necessary, to critical discussions following your actions. Everyone grants and enjoys a great leap of faith, which is why there should always be room for solidarity-based criticism.
